  Service type, a description, and any details you typed into the quote form.
• Your review and rating, if you leave one
  Published on our reviews page with the first name and last initial you give us.
• Basic, anonymous site analytics
  Pages viewed and whether a form was submitted — used only to see what is working.

You give us this information yourself, by filling in a form. We do not buy contact lists and we do not collect anything from you in the background beyond anonymous page analytics.

To contact you about the work you asked about — by phone, text or email — to prepare and send your free quote, to schedule and complete the job, and to follow up afterwards. If you leave a review, we publish it on our reviews page.

We do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for. If we ever email you something other than a reply about your project, there will be a way to opt out in that email.

  Hosts this website and serves its pages.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
  If you reached us through a Facebook or Instagram ad, or submitted a Facebook lead form, Meta passes your contact details to us and measures whether the ad worked. Meta’s own handling of your data is governed by Meta’s privacy policy.

These are service providers that make the website and our advertising work. Beyond them, we share your information only if the law requires it.

This site uses a Meta pixel to measure whether our Facebook and Instagram ads are working — for example, whether someone who clicked an ad went on to request a quote. It records page views and form submissions. You can limit ad tracking in your browser settings, and in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.

Quote requests and job records are kept as long as we may reasonably need them for warranty, tax and record-keeping purposes. Published reviews stay up until you ask us to remove yours.

Ask us at any time to send you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Ask us to stop contacting you and we will. There is no form for this — just call or email, and a real person will handle it.

This site is meant for adults hiring a contractor. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top. Material changes will be reflected before they take effect.
